I love a good work of food art. I am a food network challenge junkie. Who doesn’t want to play with their food? I stumbled upon some fun pancakes created by a man named Jim who says humbly that he is “just trying to make some cool pancakes for my daughter.” And, yes. They are very cool. He blogs about his pancake art, complete with pictures of his adorable little daughter enjoying them.  And I happen to LOVE the pancake typography at the top of his blog.
